Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge campus in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Surgical ICU Nights. The role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality nurse-led care in the SICU, with responsibilities spanning patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications include 0-2 years in clinical nursing or rotations, RN licensure (FL or compact), and BCLS. ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations required.
• RN licensure in Florida or a compact state.
• Strong knowledge of nursing process and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Maintains infection control and patient safety.
• Documents care thoroughly in the medical record.
