Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state where services will be provided or multi-state license via eNLC.
• Obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Less than 12 months of RN experience.

Responsabilités

• Delivers nursing care using the nursing process with accountability for self and delegated providers.
• Assesses patient data, identifies age-specific needs, and plans care accordingly.
• Maintains safety and continuity of care through documentation and handoff processes.
