Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the state of service or multi-state license via eNLC.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Less than 12 months of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care using the nursing process with independent judgment.
• Creates and updates plan of care including assessment, diagnoses, interventions, and evaluation.
• Identifies patient safety concerns and documents appropriately.
• Provides patient education tailored to learning needs.
• Gathers and documents patient data and uses teach-back to confirm understanding.
• Applies evidence-based nursing practices and participates in patient-centered care.
