Job summary

The role requires novice level knowledge and the ability to assess patient data, apply growth and development principles, and collaborate with the interprofessional team to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice or multi-state license (eNLC).
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire date.
• Less than 12 months of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process with accountability for outcomes.
• Assess and interpret patient data relevant to age-specific needs.
• Provide professional inpatient care and collaborate with the care team.
• Document care plans, assessments, and interventions accurately.
• Apply ANA ethics and participate in patient-centered care.
