Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from a state accredited school (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in from a state accredited School of Professional Nursing (Preferred)
• Work Experience 1 or more years Nursing Experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• ASSESSMENT AND DIAGNOSIS: Collects data in a systematic and ongoing process. Prioritizes data collection based on patient condition.
• CARE PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION: Develops an individualized plan with strategies addressing diagnoses and implements it safely.
• DOCUMENTATION: Documents required information clearly, accurately, and on time.
• OUTCOMES AND EVALUATIONS: Sets expected outcomes and evaluates progress with patient/family involvement.
• RN - QUALITY: Applies quality improvement concepts to nursing practice and care delivery.
