Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• RN license with Georgia license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS must be obtained prior to unit orientation.
• ASLS/GSCC and NIHSS must be obtained within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect data.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate a plan of care.
• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care.
• Document care plans and patient responses.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and ethics guidance.
• Engage with interdisciplinary team and family to optimize outcomes.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate care across patient populations.
