Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license is required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• ACLS must be obtained before unit orientation.
• PALS must be obtained before unit orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care following established standards.
• Assess patients and develop a care plan.
• Implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with healthcare team and resources.
• Ensure stroke-related education and performance measures are met.
