Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care within scope of practice and monitors vital signs.
• Communicates with care team and participates in bedside shift reports.
• Develops clinical skills by seeking feedback under RN guidance.
• Maintains clean, organized, and safe patient rooms and workspaces.
• Assists with equipment maintenance and proper storage after use.
• Performs hourly rounding and delivers therapeutic patient interactions.
• Documents tasks and observations clearly and timely.
• Upholds strong customer service with patients and families.
