Responsibilities

• CARE PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION: develop and carry out individualized care plans.
• DOCUMENTATION: timely, accurate documentation of care and outcomes.
• OUTCOMES AND EVALUATIONS: set and evaluate care outcomes with patients and team.
• RN - QUALITY: apply quality improvement to nursing practice.
• RN - NURSING ANA CODE OF ETHICS: practice ethically and advocate for patients.
