Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Registered Nurse Diploma

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all nursing unit functions during the designated shift.
• Serve as a resource and provide staff education as needed.
• Ensure overall quality of nursing care when on duty.
• Make decisions aligned with Administrative Operational Standards and unit care standards.
• Promote Wesley Healthcare and Wesley ICARE values across the team.
• Evaluate nursing practice quality and initiate improvements.
• Maintain current professional knowledge and mentor staff.
