The role focuses on coordinating care, developing staff, and delivering excellence in nursing practice in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required within 90 days of start date.
• BCLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse) licensure valid for practicing.
• Registered Nurse Diploma or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize and deliver high-quality patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership and subject matter experts.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
