Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing or PA program.
• Acute care certification for APRNs.
• Illinois RN or APRN license with credentialing eligibility.
• 2+ years APP experience; no new grads.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inpatient consultations and develop care plans.
• Prescribe and interpret tests; coordinate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families; document care in records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Advance quality initiatives and participate in committee activities.
