Job summary

Bosch USA in Roseville, CA seeks a Technical Project Lead to drive customer-focused initiatives in SiC device engineering. You will manage complex projects from acquisition to mass production, coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to strategic customers.

You will analyze customer requirements, influence the technology roadmap, and deliver presentations and training on SiC products. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical project management or application engineering in power electronics.
• Experience with Silicon Carbide (SiC) power transistors and their applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex customer projects from acquisition through mass production, focusing on SiC power transistors.
• Serve as technical contact for OEMs and Tier-1 customers on SiC products.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and product strategies.
• Provide technical consulting and support for circuit design and optimization using SiC components.
• Contribute to product roadmaps with market and customer insights.
• Coordinate internal resources across R&D, Applications, Quality, Production, and Sales.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training at customers and conferences.
• Monitor the SiC market landscape to strengthen Bosch's positioning.
