Qualifications

• Master's degree in semiconductor physics or electrical engineering.
• Experience in statistical data analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Programming skills for data evaluation (Python/MATLAB).
• Knowledge of semiconductor physics and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in power semiconductors is desirable.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage chip specifications for silicon carbide power devices and oversee release processes.
• Coordinate verification and validation testing during engineering phases.
• Define a testing concept to safeguard device performance over lifetime.
