Qualifications

• Must be an OU student enrolled in a degree program.
• Undergraduate OU student, second semester freshman standing or higher.
• Minimum 3.7 GPA (A-) in the course(s) you want to lead.
• Expertise in the course content area.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Must be a positive role model and empathetic towards people.
• Must be recommended by one OU faculty member in the subject area of the SI.
• Participate in mandatory training prior to the start of the semester.
• Attend 4 hours of professional development during the semester.

Responsibilities

• Attend the professor's lecture and provide course-specific practice materials and test preparation.
• Lead organized, regularly scheduled group study sessions.
• Coordinate with faculty and students to meet learning needs.
