Job summary

University of Central Oklahoma is seeking Learning Facilitators for Peer Tutoring (PT) and Supplemental Instruction (SI). You will support current students in Math, Science, Statistics, and Writing in person and online, with hours 10–25 per week, following a flexible schedule within Monday–Thursday 10:00am–8:00pm.

Training is provided, and interviews occur between weeks 10–16 for Spring 2026. You will report to the BELL supervisor and help promote BELL services while maintaining appointment

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate (at least sophomore) or graduate student at UCO.
• Have an overall GPA of 3.00 or above.
• Maintain enrollment requirements as described above (half-time or full-time as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-facilitation support to UCO students.
• Attend required pre-semester and mid-semester training sessions.
• Record and maintain appointment details in scheduling system.
• Promote BELL awareness via campus events, class visits, etc.
• Conduct research for, and possibly lead, academic workshops for UCO students.
• Perform administrative, customer service, and other duties as assigned by the BELL supervisor.
