Job summary

Alterra is hiring a Shuttle Bus Driver at Snowshoe Mountain in Snowshoe, West Virginia. This seasonal position involves driving resort vehicles, performing inspections, and delivering exceptional guest service while following safety protocols. Flexible schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Applicants must hold a valid Class D CDL with Passenger endorsement, maintain a medical card, and pass random drug and alcohol testing. 21+ and local driving knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass Snowshoe Driving Program.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must maintain a valid medical card.
• Must participate in random drug and alcohol testing.
• CDL Class D with Passenger endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the resort vehicle (license type dependent).
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, log defects, arrange repairs.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Provide information about the resort and distribute informational literature.
• Offer excellent guest service as a shuttle driver and tour guide.
• Attend required meetings.
• Follow routes and use radios per guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Driving the resort vehicle (license type-dependent)

Driving:

• Must be 21 years of age
