Job summary

The Doubletree by Hilton Jacksonville Airport, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Shuttle Driver to provide friendly, first‑impression transport for guests and assist with bags and directions. You will know hotel amenities, local attractions, and traffic patterns to offer recommendations and ensure a memorable guest experience.

This role requires a year of customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a full shift in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License with no infractions.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and running to retrieve cars.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help with transportation to/from the hotel and local attractions.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local area.
• Ensure shuttle is clean, safe, and operating; report any issues to management.
• Assist guests with bags and doors as needed; welcome guests to the vehicle.
• Coordinate with lobby/valet teams to ensure smooth guest experience.

The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel/resort, the Shuttle Driver assists guests by providing them transportation as requested in the local area.
