Job summary

BENCHMARK seeks a highly motivated Shuttle Driver to join our Guest Services team at the Doubletree by Hilton Jacksonville Airport. The role involves providing a warm welcome to guests, assisting with luggage, and transporting guests between the airport and hotel.

Candidates should have great communication skills, a pleasant personality, and at least one year of customer service experience. Pay starts at $14.00 per hour, and various shifts are required including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

About this position

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Shuttle Driver at the Doubletree by Hilton Jacksonville Airport.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to hotel guests.
• Assist with opening car doors and providing luggage assistance.
• Serve as a source of knowledge for guests about the hotel, amenities, and local area.
• Shuttle guests to and from the local airport and surrounding areas.
• Interact with all guests by greeting and welcoming them to our hotel.
• Assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the van, baggage room, and front entrance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and push or pull a minimum of 120 lbs of luggage, packages, and boxes.
• At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with no infractions for at least six months.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to continually walk, stand, lift, or pull 90% to 95% of the shift.

Compensation
