Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of the hotel and provide exceptional guest service. You will check guests in and out, answer phones, and address guest needs with a professional demeanor.

This winter seasonal position (2026/2027) offers full-time and part-time hours, housing availability, and opportunities for growth in the hospitality field. Fluency in English and strong people skills are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
• Basic computer skills for check-in/out and reservations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and be the face of the hotel.
• Check guests in and out efficiently.
