Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort is seeking a Transportation Supervisor on the southern Oregon coast. You will lead a team of drivers, manage the shuttle program, and oversee maintenance for all company vehicles to ensure safe, reliable service for guests and team members.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience and three years of vehicle maintenance knowledge, plus a valid Oregon driver’s license. You will collaborate with Security and Transportation leadership on budgets and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' prior supervisory experience.
• At least three years of vehicle maintenance knowledge or related experience.
• Experience driving a range of vehicles including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with clean record; insurable by Ko-Kwel Casino Resort.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office; strong guest-service focus.
• Compliance with drug testing requirements for safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shuttle service for employees and guests, ensuring on-time performance.
• Manage maintenance program for all company vehicles and perform on-site minor repairs.
• Create and manage employee schedules; coordinate training and evaluations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and monitor safety procedures with the Safety Committee.
• Collaborate with Security and Transportation leadership on budgets and events.
