Job summary

Wildhorse Resort Casino in Pendleton, OR 97801 is hiring Shuttle Driver I/II to provide shuttle and cart services for guests, operating 15-30 passenger buses or vans as needed. Driver I does not require a CDL; Driver II requires a CDL with Passenger Endorsement and DOT medical certificate.

Minimum qualifications include 6 months of customer service, valid driver’s license with clean record, high school diploma or 10 years’ experience, CPR/First Aid within 90 days, 25 years or older, and

Qualifications

Six (6) months of customer service experience to ensure courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
Possess a valid driver’s license with no history of motor vehicle-related citation or arrest in the last five years.
High school diploma/GED or ten years’ experience.
Obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of the hire date.
Must be able to drive in adverse weather.
Requires a Low-Security Gaming License clearance.
Must be at least 25 years of age.

Responsibilities

Provide shuttle/cart service for Wildhorse customers, operating 15-30 passenger buses or vans as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
Greet guests arriving and departing in a courteous and caring manner.
Promote safety by keeping vehicles clean and safe for entry/exit.
Follow traffic laws and report any safety concerns to the shift manager.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections before/after shifts and report issues.
Participate in security meetings and stay informed about events and policies.
