Job summary

The Parking and Transportation team at Hard Rock Stadium is seeking dedicated individuals to assist in shuttle operations for events including Dolphins games, major sports and concerts. This on-site, part-time/hourly role pays $15 per hour and requires availability for a high-traffic stadium schedule.

Responsibilities include directing guests, loading buses, and maintaining safe, organized shuttle queues with equipment deployment and signage duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English; Spanish beneficial.

Direct Supervisor: Shuttle Leads and Route Supervisor

Status: Part-time / Hourly, Seasonal

Summary

The Parking and Transportation team is looking for dedicated individuals to assist in the shuttle operations for all Hard Rock Stadium events including Miami Dolphins games, University of Miami Hurricanes games, the Miami Open, the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, soccer, concerts, and other world class events. The shuttle operations staff will play an integral part in making sure all shuttle queues run efficiently for a great fan experience.

Location

• This is a part-time/hourly position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. This position pays $15 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle wayfinding during ingress and egress at offsite and on-site locations.

• Ability to commit to 80% of all Hard Rock stadium events including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for 6+ hours and be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
