Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Shuttle Supervisor in Washington, DC to lead on-site shuttle drivers and ensure timely, safe operations at Medstar Washington Hospital. The role requires CDL with passenger endorsement, supervisor experience, and strong payroll and budgeting awareness.

The position offers an hourly rate around $23.00–$23.50 with a $150 sign-on bonus and occasional flexibility for extended hours to meet location needs.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisor experience and CDL for 2+ years with passenger endorsement.
• Class B license required; medical certificate for at least 2 years.
• Must have passenger endorsement and shuttle driving experience with air brakes.
• Schedule requires flexibility for operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop team of shuttle drivers.
• Manage on-site shuttle activities; train and direct drivers.
• Ensure routes and pick-up times meet schedules; maintain timeliness.
• Payroll processing and wage/hour compliance with HR.
• Oversee opening of new locations and financial management.
