Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a CDL Shuttle Supervisor at Medstar Washington Hospital. The role offers an hourly rate of $23.00 plus a $150 sign-on bonus and occasional part-time hours. Schedule: Monday to Friday; CDL with passenger endorsement required.

You will lead shuttle drivers, manage routes, and coordinate payroll and HR tasks to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications include a CDL with 2+ years of experience, Class A/B license (B preferred), DOT/CHP compliance knowledge, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• MUST have supervisor experience and CDL with 2+ years (minimally) w/ passenger endorsement
• Must have Class A/B License (Class B highly preferred)
• Must have medical certificate for at least 2 years+
• Must have passenger endorsement
• Must have experience driving shuttles with air brakes
• 1+ years in Management role
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Power Point and MS Office
• Experience with financial statements, P&L and budgeting
• Schedule flexibility to meet operational needs
• Parking management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop team of shuttle drivers
• Manage, plan, schedule, train and direct on-site drivers
• Identify high-potential employees
• Ensure routes, timing and schedules are met
• Payroll processing; coordinate with payroll and HR
• Execute opening plans for new locations
• Oversee financial management of locations ensuring budget adherence
• Develop client relationships and business retention
• Organize and narrate parking management for leaders
• Cover contractual requirements and rate surveys
