Job summary

Reimagined Parking in Denver is seeking a Shuttle Operations Supervisor (Non CDL) to lead the transportation division at Denver International Airport. The role oversees daily operations, safety compliance, staff leadership, and client satisfaction, with shifts that vary and a pay range of $25–$27 per hour.

You will supervise drivers and dispatchers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service excellence while maintaining safety and guest experience at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience in transportation/logistics preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of transportation safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
• Background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record reviews.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise transportation staff including scheduling, coaching, performance monitoring, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead safety initiatives including driver assessments and ride-alongs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/local regulations and company SOPs.
• Oversee daily depot operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor maintenance of bus depot and vehicles for safety and cleanliness.
• Serve as a point of contact for guests and clients; maintain professional communication.
• Respond to accidents, incidents, or service disruptions with proper mitigation.
• Complete, review, and submit incident reports and investigations.
• Maintain consistent communication with guests, drivers, dispatchers, and management.
• May periodically cover frontline operations to maintain service continuity.
