Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Shuttle Dispatcher at Denver International Airport. The role supervises dispatch workflows, guides the dispatcher team, and ensures reliable service delivery with real-time oversight of shuttle movements and driver activity.

You will coordinate across operations, provide coaching, and support the supervisor to enforce safety and procedures. This is a full-time on-site position at the Denver airport. Shift timing varies and a valid US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of transportation, dispatch, or shuttle operations experience.
• Over 21 years old and valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass background check and eligibility verification in the US.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shuttle dispatch workflows and real-time operations.
• Coach and mentor the dispatcher team during shifts.
• Ensure on-time performance and service levels.
• Maintain communications with drivers, maintenance, and service teams.
• Prepare daily operations reports and incident notes.
• Support safety, policies, and shift handoffs.
