Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Shuttle Operations Supervisor at Denver International Airport.

The role oversees daily transportation operations, staff leadership, safety compliance, and client satisfaction, with shifts that vary and a pay range of $25–$27 per hour. Location is at the DEN facility, and the Supervisor leads by example, supports frontline teams, and ensures service delivery exceeds client expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible shifts.
• Experience in supervision in transportation or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise transportation staff including scheduling, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Lead safety initiatives; conduct driver assessments and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues.
• Coordinate maintenance of depot and vehicles for safety and cleanliness.
• Serve as point of contact for guests and clients; handle escalated issues.
• Respond to accidents or disruptions and document investigations.
