Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain appearance and safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area and guides them to the right person.
• Give shuttle rides and perform valet pick-ups and drop offs.
• Determine if customers have service appointments.
• Record customer information, VIN, mileage, and vehicle damage.
• Move and park vehicles to maintain flow and organization.
• Drive vehicles to service lanes, stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Keep dealership lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service and direct customers to staff.
