Job summary

BMW of Fairfax, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a Shuttle Driver to assist with vehicle movement, provide shuttle rides, and perform valet pickups/drop-offs while maintaining a professional appearance and exceptional customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and excellent communication skills. Full-time schedule with benefits and opportunities for advancement within Sonic Automotive.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to drive and move vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to the right person.
• Give shuttle rides and perform valet pickups/drop-offs.
• Determine if customers have appointments.
• Record customer and vehicle details (name, VIN, mileage, damage).
• Move and park vehicles to maintain flow of traffic.
• Drive vehicles to service lane, stalls, and lot.
• Keep lot and surroundings clean and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service and direct customers to staff.
• Retrieve vehicles at cashier for pickup and thank customers.
