Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Physically able to drive and move vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain dealership appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment compliance: drug testing, background check, MVR.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and drop off customers to and from the dealership.
• Maintain a positive, customer-friendly attitude.
• Assist in organizing the dealership lot and parking.
• Keep the lot and shuttle vehicles clean and presentable.
• Work with service teams to support operations.
• Keep trip records and pickup/drop-off points updated.
• Notify dispatcher or service manager of vehicle maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and direct customers to staff.
