Job summary

Silver Sevens Hotel Casino is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests via shuttle, van, limousine or other company vehicles between the property, airport and local attractions. The role emphasizes safety, timely service and professional guest interactions.

Responsibilities include maintaining trip logs, coordinating with Security for vehicle maintenance, and ensuring high standards of service for all guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, one year of driving experience preferred.
• Must have valid Nevada driver’s license with clean record.
• CDL with passenger endorsement strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transports guests to and from the property, McCarran Airport, local attractions and other destinations as assigned.
• Maintain trip and guest logs.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues to Security Manager and ensure proper vehicle functioning.
• Provide timely and professional transportation while upholding company standards.
• Operate with professionalism when interacting with guests, staff and vendors.

Job description

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting guests in the company shuttle, van, limousine or other company vehicle between the property, airport, local attractions and other destinations according to assigned schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transports guests in property vehicle(s) to and from the property, McCarran Airport, local attractions and other destinations as assigned.
• Maintain regular documentation such as trip logs and guest logs.
• Maintain proper functioning of vehicle through regular cleaning and reporting maintenance issues to Security Manager.
• Ensure timely and professional transportation of guests.
• Consistently practice and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, guests and vendors.
• Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required. One year of related driving experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Nevada state driver’s license with no outstanding points on driving record and no prior vehicular related misdemeanor or felony convictions. CDL with passenger endorsement strongly preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as maps, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manual.
