Job summary

Redstone Residential, Inc. is hiring a Shuttle Driver to operate our campus shuttle service, maintaining a set schedule and routes between the property and the university. A friendly, safety‑minded demeanor is essential to ensure residents reach destinations on time and safely.

The position offers starting pay of $15.00 per hour, DOE, with benefits such as a 401K plan with up to 6% matching. CDL may be required for some routes; a clean driving record and the ability to sit for extended periods

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license (CDL may be required).
• Ability to sit for long periods (4+ hours).
• Polished, upbeat personality with strong customer service.
• Comfortable driving in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-time shuttle schedule
• Follow designated routes to and from university locations
• Ensure residents' safety during transport
• Communicate any shuttle issues to Supervisor
• Respond to emergencies per policy
• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting expectations

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for running the property shuttle service from the property to the university. A set schedule for the shuttle must be followed as well as designated routes to and from each location. Friendly and supportive disposition towards passengers is essential, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of assigned vehicle.

Starting at $15.00 Per Hour, DOE

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrive to work on time and maintain designated shuttle schedule for the duration of shift.
• Learn and follow designated routes for shutting
• Ensure that residents are driven safely to and from locations
• Communicate with Supervisor any problems with the shuttle that require further attention.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, according to policies and procedures.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by ensuring that customer’s expectations are met or exceeded.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
