Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Shuttle Driver to operate the property shuttle between the community and the university. A set schedule and designated routes must be followed, while maintaining a friendly and supportive attitude toward passengers and keeping the vehicle clean.

Compensation is $12.00 per hour with benefits including a 401K plan with up to 6% matching. The role requires a valid license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive in various weather conditions while

Responsibilities

• Arrive to work on time and maintain designated shuttle schedule.
• Learn and follow designated routes for shuttle.
• Ensure residents are driven safely to and from locations.
• Communicate with Supervisor any problems with the shuttle that require attention.
• Respond to emergencies following policies and procedures.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Shuttle Driver is responsible for running the property shuttle service from the property to the university. A set schedule for the shuttle must be followed as well as designated routes to and from each location. Friendly and supportive disposition towards passengers is essential, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of assigned vehicle.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that residents are driven safely to and from locations
• Communicate with Supervisor any problems with the shuttle that require further attention.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, according to policies and procedures.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by ensuring that customer\'s expectations are met or exceeded.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
