Job summary

Sunday River is seeking a transportation driver to move guests and Team Members around the resort. The role emphasizes guest service, safety checks, and reliable vehicle operation on scheduled routes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to work early mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Perks include a ski pass and resort discounts.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests and Team Members around the resort on a set route in a passenger van, bus, or trolley.
• Transport staff in staff housing on weekly trips to the grocery store and into town.
• Complete vehicle safety operation checklists accurately.
• Perform safety checks and vehicle prep before operation.
• Ensure safe operation and guest-focused transportation of passengers and equipment.

Overview

Join Sunday River's transportation team and help transport guests and Team Members throughout the resort in a safe and efficient manner. The idea candidate will provide exceptional customer service and enjoy interacting with guests and answering any and all questions they may have about the resort. Patience, friendliness, and efficiency are what it takes to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests and Team Members around the resort via a specified route in either a passenger van, bus, or trolley.
• Transport Team Members residing in staff housing on weekly trips to the grocery store and into town.
• Responsible for accurate and complete vehicle safety operation checklist.
• The driver is responsible for safety checks and preparation of the vehicle.
• Ensure safe operation of the vehicle, as well as safe transport of passengers and equipment with a strong emphasis on guest service.
• Maintain a clean vehicle at all times.
• Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by the Transportation Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior guest service experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work early mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Wages range from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
