Job summary

Sunday River is seeking a Transportation Driver to move guests and Team Members around the resort with a focus on safety and friendly service. You will operate passenger vans, buses, or trolleys along designated routes and maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle.

The role requires a valid driver's license with a clean record and a CDL with passenger endorsement. Availability for early mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected, with rewards including a free ski pass and resort

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• CDL with passenger endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests and Team Members around the resort via a passenger van, bus, or trolley.
• Transport Team Members residing in staff housing on weekly trips to the grocery store and into town.
• Complete and maintain vehicle safety operation checklists.
• Perform safety checks and prepare the vehicle for service.
• Ensure safe operation of the vehicle and provide excellent guest service.
• Keep the vehicle clean and meet department goals and service levels.

Overview

Join Sunday River's transportation team and help transport guests and Team Members throughout the resort in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and enjoy interacting with guests and answering any and all questions they may have about the resort. Patience, friendliness, and efficiency are what it takes to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests and Team Members around the resort via a specified route in either a passenger van, bus, or trolley.
• Transport Team Members residing in staff housing on weekly trips to the grocery store and into town.
• Responsible for accurate and complete vehicle safety operation checklist.
• The driver is responsible for safety checks and preparation of the vehicle.
• Ensure safe operation of the vehicle, as well as safe transport of passengers and equipment with a strong emphasis on guest service.
• Maintain a clean vehicle at all times.
• Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by the Transportation Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
