Sycuan Casino is seeking a Shuttle Driver II to transport guests and Team Members safely, delivering a dependable transportation experience across the resort in El Cajon, CA. The role requires a California CDL, a clean DMV record, and strong English communication.

You will greet riders, assist them on and off the shuttle, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and logs while operating in varied weather and busy environments. Safety and service are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A/B with 15+ Passenger Endorsement and Air Brake Endorsement is required.
• DMV record must be in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation to casino, resort, and tribal Team Members and guests by safely operating shuttle vehicles, following routes and traffic laws.
• Greets guests, answers questions, assists riders entering/exiting, and communicates over radio or in person.
• Keeps shuttle clean, completes logs, reports defects, and submits maintenance requests.
• Performs repeated entry/exit from shuttle, works in indoor/outdoor environments with weather exposure.
• Operates shuttle safely for extended periods in tight and high-traffic areas.
