Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, make reservations and maintain reservation calendar.
• Schedule arrivals and departures according to time and route schedule.
• Return calls for group schedules, arrange for arrival and departures.
• Provide courteous guest service and address customer problems/complaints.
• Issue complimentary books for shuttle riders.
• Conduct daily safety vehicle inspections and report unsafe findings.
