Frontgate | Avon is searching for a standout Ski Shuttle Driver to be the first smile our guests see and the guide to their mountain adventures in Vail and Beaver Creek. This isn’t just about driving—it’s about crafting effortless, memorable journeys where safety, comfort, and genuine hospitality take center stage. You’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience, turning every ride into a highlight of their getaway with your local knowledge, calm confidence, and commitment to excellence.

Your Mission:

• Navigate alpine routes with precision, professionalism, and care, no matter the conditions.
• Deliver safety, comfort, and peace of mind with expert winter driving and proactive communication.
• Transform every ride into a five-star experience with friendly, attentive service.
• Keep shuttle vehicles spotless, well-maintained, and ready for adventure at all times.
• Adapt with flexibility and composure to changing mountain conditions, ensuring smooth journeys every day.

Schedule:

7:20am - 4:00pm Holidays and weekends possible, depending on business needs.

Our Ideal C an didate:

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record meeting our insurance carrier's requirements are essential for this role. Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with our insurance policy. Previous experience driving large vehicles or shuttles is preferred, and familiarity with navigating snowy or icy conditions is a strong plus. The position also requires physical fitness to lift ski gear and luggage while assisting passengers. Additionally, knowledge of local ski resorts, accommodations, and routes will set candidates apart.
