Job summary

Fervo Energy is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver & Site Operations Associate to support daily transportation and site tasks at our Milford, Utah location. You will shuttle employees, contractors, and visitors between offices and field sites, while also assisting with vehicle readiness and general operations.

The role requires punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record and pass an MVR check.
• Minimum age 21 due to company vehicle insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate the company shuttle van on scheduled routes between the Milford, UT office and field locations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and keep interior/exterior clean; report issues promptly.
• Pick up and deliver meals, lunches, and supplies; run errands and support site logistics as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and DOT regulations; wear PPE when at field locations; maintain logs and documentation.
