Job summary

American Plastics, LLC in Kingman, AZ seeks a Shuttle Driver/Material Handler/Receiving staff to support warehouse operations. You will monitor inventory, load/unload trucks, and ensure accurate handling of goods.

The role includes daily inspections, safety focus, and a path to growth within a busy plastics facility. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, inspecting finished products, participating in 5S/Lean efforts, and performing tasks as directed by supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Must be able to accurately calculate figures.
• Pass forklift written and driving test.
• Experience operating forklifts, hand trucks, and box trucks preferred.
• Knowledge of plastics resins, colorants, materials and corrugated cartons is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse as a Shuttle Driver, Material Handler, and Receiving positions.
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels in designated areas.
• Remove finished product and load onto truck.
• Perform daily truck inspections and report vehicle concerns.
• Unload materials from trucks and verify against BOL, then store properly.
• Inspect finished products for conformance to specs and quality requirements.
• Participate in housekeeping, 5S, and Lean activities.
• Perform other diversified tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Support the Warehouse as a Shuttle Driver, Material Handler, and Receiving positions.

• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of all materials in well-organized, designated storage areas.
• Always maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Participate in housekeeping, 5S, and/or Lean activities.
• Remove finished product and load onto truck.
• Perform daily truck inspections, document, and report any concerns with the vehicle.
• Unload product/material from trucks, verify against BOL and put away in designated areas. Example: pallets, pallet pads, material, etc.…
• Inspect finished products to insure conformance to specifications, workmanship standards or customer quality requirements.
• Perform other diversified tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management

• Work the schedule assigned and maintain good attendance.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
