Job summary

PFG Customized is seeking a Driver, Dedicated Backhaul to operate tractor-trailers and straight trucks across intrastate and interstate routes, ensuring timely delivery of food and related products. You will interact with customers and teammates, follow DOT regulations, and perform required safety checks.

The role requires a valid CDL-A, 21+ years old, clean MVR, and ability to lift loads up to 90 lbs. A sign-on bonus of $6,000 is offered, with competitive pay and benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL-A license required with clean MVR.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Must be 21+ and meet state licensing requirements.
• DOT Health Card current or able to obtain one.
• Strong lift and moving capability for freight 10–90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver loads on time to PFG warehouses or customers.
• Verify paperwork and product counts with accuracy.
• Communicate load and schedule changes with supervisor.
• Secure equipment and complete required backhaul paperwork.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and vendors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
