Hilton Phoenix Airport is seeking a dependable Hotel Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our guests in Phoenix. You will operate shuttles to the airport and designated locations, delivering courteous service and maintaining a professional appearance.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to pass an MVR review, and flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious, and guest-focused Hotel Shuttle Driver to join our hospitality team at the Hilton Phoenix Airport.

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to hotel guests traveling to and from the airport and other designated locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport and other approved destinations.

Provide friendly, courteous, and professional guest service.

Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.

Follow all Arizona traffic laws, airport regulations, and company safety policies.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance concerns.

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the hotel shuttle.

Follow designated shuttle schedules, routes, and pickup procedures.

Communicate effectively with the Front Desk regarding guest transportation requests and shuttle availability.

Ensure passengers follow applicable vehicle safety requirements.

Maintain accurate transportation logs and inspection records as required.

Report accidents, incidents, or guest concerns to management immediately.

Follow hotel policies, procedures, and applicable brand standards.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

Valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.

Acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements.

Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) review.

Previous driving, transportation, or hospitality experience preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of Phoenix-area roads and airport routes preferred.

Ability to safely lift and handle luggage weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance or reasonable accommodation as appropriate.

Ability to work independently and follow established safety procedures.

Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must meet any applicable commercial driver's license (CDL) or endorsement requirements based on the assigned vehicle.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Ability to assist guests with luggage.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Arizona summer temperatures.

Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
