Responsibilities include assisting with luggage, following traffic and safety regulations, conducting vehicle inspections, and maintaining logs. Experience in hospitality or transportation is preferred; a valid license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
• Previous driving, transportation, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Phoenix-area roads and airport routes preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and handle luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport and other destinations.
• Provide friendly, courteous guest service.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
• Follow all Arizona traffic laws, airport regulations, and company safety policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain the shuttle’s cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
• Follow shuttle schedules, routes, and pickup procedures.
• Communicate with the Front Desk regarding guest transportation requests and shuttle availability.
• Ensure passengers follow applicable vehicle safety requirements.
• Maintain transportation logs and inspection records as required.
• Report accidents, incidents, or guest concerns to management immediately.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and applicable brand standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious, and guest-focused Hotel Shuttle Driver to join our hospitality team!

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to hotel guests traveling to and from the airport and other designated locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport and other approved destinations.

Provide friendly, courteous, and professional guest service.

Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.

Follow all Arizona traffic laws, airport regulations, and company safety policies.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance concerns.

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the hotel shuttle.

Follow designated shuttle schedules, routes, and pickup procedures.

Communicate effectively with the Front Desk regarding guest transportation requests and shuttle availability.

Ensure passengers follow applicable vehicle safety requirements.

Physical Requirements
