Job summary

Hilton Phoenix Airport is seeking a dependable Hotel Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our guests in Phoenix. You will operate shuttles to the airport and designated locations, delivering courteous service and maintaining a professional appearance.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to pass an MVR review, and flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for the assigned vehicle.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Phoenix-area roads and airport routes.
• Flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and handle luggage up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to airports and designated destinations.
• Provide friendly, courteous guest service.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
• Follow all traffic laws, airport regulations and safety policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and appearance.
• Follow shuttle schedules, routes and pickup procedures.
• Communicate with Front Desk about transportation requests and shuttle availability.
• Ensure passengers follow safety requirements.
• Maintain transportation logs and inspection records.
• Report accidents, incidents, or guest concerns to management.
• Follow hotel policies and brand standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
