Overview

The primary role of this position is to transport associates safely and efficiently on predetermined routes to and from Peterson Farms campus while obeying all traffic laws.

Responsibilities and Results
  • Maintain constant communication with HR.
  • Provide excellent customer service to associates.
  • Complete light paperwork and associate pick‑up log.
  • Report any problems or issues to management.
  • Perform light housekeeping/inspections of vacant units.
  • Post notices at Oceana Acres.
  • Deliver notices and evictions to tenants.
  • Complete miscellaneous errands for HR (transport associates to clinic, post office, local stores, deliveries, hardware store, etc.).
  • Work flexible hours/shifts.
Qualifications
Education
  • High school graduate or equivalent (preferred).
Work Experience
  • One year manufacturing experience desirable.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Exceptional driving history (MVR record check required).
  • Comfortable using a company‑provided personal tablet and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Read, interpret, and follow written job instructions.
  • Follow and comply with quality standards.
  • Comprehend and comply with GMP rules and Food Safety guidelines.
  • Work as a contributing member within the team.
  • Frequently lift/move material up to 30 pounds.
  • Operate a personal computer (keyboard/mouse).

  • Constant mental and visual alertness (including peripheral vision and depth perception) required to avoid injury and perform quality tasks.
  • Eye and hearing protection, hair nets, bump hats, lab coats, and foot protection may be required.
