Hilton Garden Inn Chicago North Shore/Evanston is seeking a friendly Shuttle Driver to transport guests to airports, offices, and local destinations, assist with luggage, and create a welcoming first impression.

This role requires a valid driver's license, 2+ years of driving experience preferred, and the ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays while maintaining a neat, safety-conscious vehicle and delivering attentive service in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional driving experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older (age may vary by insurance requirements).
• Knowledge of Evanston/Chicago area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport hotel guests to local destinations such as airports, restaurants, and offices.
• Provide a warm and friendly greeting to all guests.
• Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle at all times.
• Follow proper driving safety procedures and all local traffic laws.
• Monitor shuttle schedule and communicate with front desk regarding guest needs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents immediately.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow all Hilton brand standards and safety/security procedures.

The Hilton Garden Inn Chicago North Shore / Evanston is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our hospitality team. The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting guests to and from designated locations, assisting with luggage, and providing a welcoming experience. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first and last impression of the hotel.
