Swickard Toyota in Edmonds, WA, is hiring a Shuttle Driver to transport service guests safely to and from their homes, offices, and appointments while their vehicle is serviced. You will maintain a welcoming, professional demeanor and coordinate pickups with the service team to minimize guest wait times.

Keep the shuttle clean and guest-ready, assist guests with accessibility needs, and communicate any delays promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Warm, professional guest communication is essential.
• Reliable and punctual; dependability on schedule is key.
• Familiarity with the Edmonds area preferred.
• Prior driving or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport service guests safely to and from homes, workplaces, or other locations while their vehicle is in service.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional demeanor with every guest on each trip.
• Coordinate pickup/drop-off logistics with the service team to minimize wait times.
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and guest-ready at all times.
• Assist guests with accessibility needs when getting in or out of the vehicle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
