Job summary

LAZ Parking seeks experienced shuttle drivers to join our team for non-CDL vehicle operations across multiple locations. You will transport passengers and employees safely, assist with boarding/exiting, and uphold professional service standards. A clean driving record and state-issued license are required.

• MUST have 3+ years of driving experience.
• Must maintain a good driving record.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating company vehicles.
• Greet, engage, and thank guests (G.E.T. 100%).
• Assist passengers boarding and exiting, including ADA passengers.
• Communicate effectively within a team to maximize productivity.
• Work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.

Non CDL Shuttle Driver

Spirit Of The Position

LAZ Shuttle Driver is responsible for the effective, efficient and safe transportation, loading and unloading of passengers & employees to and from the assigned destinations, and to ensure that all activities support the safety and welfare of all passengers. Driver provides a reliable transportation service with a commitment to safety while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in our operations.

Principle Job Duties

• Safely operating company vehicles.
• GET 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest - 100% of the time).
• Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle including ADA passengers if applicable.
• Effectively communicating and working in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity.
• Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.

Requirements

• 3+ or more years of driving experience.
• Comply with Federal DOT, State Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
• Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift
• Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.)

Physical Demands

• Ability to physically push/pull/lift to 50lbs
