J&H Janitorial Company is seeking a Part-Time Cleaner to perform cleaning and upkeep of assigned buildings across the Bay Co. Area. The role requires a valid vehicle as drivers will shuttle between sites including Lynn Haven Tax Collector Office, Callaway Tax Collector Office, PCB Tax Collector Office, and other Friday shifts.

Responsabilidades

Part‑Time Cleaner

*This job requires that the applicant has a good vehicle as they'll be driving to various locations across the Bay Co. Area*

Cleaner is responsible for the following buildings:

Lynn Haven Tax Collector Office, Monday-Friday after 5:30 PM
Callaway Tax Collector Office, Monday-Friday after 5 PM
PCB Tax Collector Office, Monday-Friday after 5 PM
Medical Examiner's Office, FRIDAY ONLY anytime between 8 AM - 4 PM
Bay Line Dr. Admin Building, FRIDAY ONLY anytime between 8 AM - 4 PM

Job Summary

The Cleaner performs cleaning and general upkeep of an assigned area.

Job Duties

Cleaners are assigned areas and could perform one or more of the following duties:

1. Empty trash and replace can liners.
2. Dust, wipe and spot clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
3. Clean, sanitize all fixtures, floors, and restock paper and soap supplies in bathrooms.
4. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
5. Clean cafeterias or eating areas.
6. Any other duties as mandated by the scope of the contract.

Cleaners are expected to:

• follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• communicate effectively any irregularities, equipment or building damage,
• follow security protocols as dictated by the contract.
• wear company issued shirts.
• maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.

Basic

• Previous experience in a janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning role is required.
• Demonstratedgood customer service skillsand the ability to interact professionally with the public.
• Apositive attitudeand a strong, reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Entry Wage: $15.00/Hr

Mileage will be added on a biweekly basis due to shuttling between buildings
